Singtel has completed the acquisition of around 121.16 million shares of Intouch Holdings, or an around 3.78 percent stake, from a subsidiary of Singapore state-owned investment company Temasek Holdings, the Singapore-based telco said in a filing to SGX Wednesday.
Intouch is the parent company of Thailand’s largest mobile operator Advanced Info Services (AIS), which has been a regional associate of Singtel since 1999.
