CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) said Tuesday it has completed the acquisition of 50 percent of the property at 101-103 Miller Street and Greenwood Plaza in North Sydney, Australia.
In addition, S$76 million of funds raised in a private placement were used to fund the acquisition, in addition to the S$20.5 million of the proceeds used for the deposit, the REIT said in a filing to SGX.
