Singapore Land Group appointed Eu Zai Jie Jonathan, age 40, as executive and non-independent director, effective 1 July, the company said in a filing to SGX Tuesday.

From September 2021 to the present, Eu has been the CEO of the company, and from January 2020 to August 2021, he was the chief operating officer of Singapore Land, the filing said. Eu was the general manager for investment and asset management at UOL Group from April 2009 to December 2019, the filing said.

Eu is a grandson of Chairman Wee Cho Yaw and a nephew of Director Wee Ee Lim, the filing said.

In addition, Singapore Land appointed Tan Tiong Cheng, age 71, as non-executive independent director, effective 1 July, a separate filing said.

Tan is currently a director at The Straits Trading Co., and has been a director at UOL Group, Heeton Holdings and Amara Holdings, the filing said.
