SGX: China optimism boosted May trading

  • Singapore Exchange (SGX) reported Friday that optimism over China’s economic recovery combined with higher market volatility had boosted derivatives trading volume in May.

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust to acquire three Australia logistics properties

  • Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) has entered a deal to acquire three fully occupied logistics and industrial properties in Truganina, Victoria, Australia, from West Industry Park for A$61 million, or around S$60.4 million, the REIT said Friday.

Mapletree Industrial Trust divests US data center

  • Mapletree Industrial Trust has divested a data center in Southfield, Michigan, in the U.S. to a third party for US$10.0 million, the REIT said in a filing to SGX Friday.
