Sinjia Land said Friday it has completed the placement of 30 million new shares at S$0.082 each, for an aggregate consideration of S$2.46 million.
The placement increased the company’s total number of shares to 207.07 million from 177.07 million previously, Sinjia Land said in a filing to SGX.
The shares will be listed on the Catalist board of SGX on 6 June, the filing said.
