Singapore state-owned investment company Temasek Holdings‘ deemed interest in SATS increased to 41.03 percent from 40.97 percent, according to a filing to SGX Thursday.
That was after 647,100 SATS shares were acquired by Fullerton Fund Management Co. as an investment manager for S$2.95 million in a market transaction on 27 May, the filing said. Fullerton is an independently managed Temasek portfolio company.
