Sembcorp Industries has completed the acquisition of a 98 percent interest in a 658 megawatt portfolio of operational wind and solar assets from CGN Capital Partners Infrastructure Fund III, bringing its gross renewables capacity in operation and under development to 6.8 gigawatts, the energy and infrastructure company said in a filing to SGX Wednesday.

The acquisition is expected to be earnings accretive from this year, Sembcorp Industries said.
