Yangzijiang Financial Holdings (YZJFH) has revised its dividend payout ratio to not less than 40 percent of its group net profit after tax, excluding non-recurring, one-off and exceptional items, the company said in a filing to SGX Monday.

Previously, YZJFH had said it would pay not less than 30 percent group net profit after tax, excluding non-recurring, one-off and exceptional items for dividends, the filing said.

The payout ratio is for both the annual and interim dividends, YZJFH said.

The announcement cover the 2022, 2023 and 2024 financial years, YZJFH said.
