SIA Engineering said it has completed the acquisition of a 75 percent stake in SR Technics Malaysia, making it a subsidiary of the company.

SR Technics Switzerland holds the remainder of SR Technics Malaysia, SIA Engineering said in a filing to SGX.

“This joint venture between SIAEC and SR Technics will enable both parties to expand their component repair and overhaul capabilities, creating further opportunities for business growth and innovation, and better service delivery to customers,” SIA Engineering said.
