Chip Eng Seng has obtained a S$173.5 million building works contract from Singapore’s Housing & Development Board (HDB) for works in the Hougang Neighbourhood 2 Contract 11, including a community club and park, the company said in a filing to SGX Tuesday.
The construction period is 48 months, the company said.
