OCBC required to hold additional capital after phishing scam response
- The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has imposed additional capital requirements on OCBC Bank after its spotty response to phishing scams in December.
Azalea’s Astrea 7 US$755M bonds oversubscribed
- The US$755 million across three classes of private equity-backed bonds offered by the Astrea 7 was three times oversubscribed, with more than US$2 billion in demand, Astrea 7 and Azalea Investment Management said in a filing to SGX Thursday.
Mapletree Commercial Trust rating confirmed by Moody’s; MNACT’s rating eyed for upgrade
- Moody’s Investors Service confirmed Mapletree Commercial Trust‘s Baa1 issuer rating Thursday after completing a review of its planned merger with Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust (MNACT).
Wing Tai wins tender for Lakeside Apartments en bloc with S$273.89M bid
- Wing Tai Holdings has won the tender for the collective purchase, or en bloc deal, for the Lakeside Apartments site for S$273.89 million, the property developer said in a filing to SGX Thursday.

Boustead Singapore reports fiscal year net profit dropped 73 percent
