CapitaLand Investment: ‘Looking closely’ at data centers

  • CapitaLand Investment said it was “looking closely” at the data center segment, pointing to increasing demand amid an information technology proliferation.

ESR-LOGOS REIT to divest Australia property

  • ESR-LOGOS REIT (E-LOG) has entered a deal to divest a New South Wales, Australia, property to Australasian Conference Association Ltd. for S$53.4 million (A$55 million), the REIT said in a filing to SGX Wednesday.

Boustead Projects reports fiscal year net profit dropped 91 percent

  • Boustead Projects reported Wednesday its fiscal year net profit tumbled 91 percent on-year to S$11.3 million due to a year-earlier one-off gain of S$134.8 million due to the launch of the Boustead Industrial Fund.

Japan Foods reports fiscal year net profit dropped 11 percent

  • Japan Foods said its fiscal year net profit fell 10.8 percent on-year despite a boost from the Halal segment.
