Singtel‘s wholly owned subsidiary NSCI Holdings has completed the acquisition of Row TopCo, the holding company of ARQ Group, an Australia-based digital consultancy specializing in mobile applications, cloud and data analytics, the telco said in a filing to SGX Thursday.

Chip Eng Seng‘s 55 percent-owned  joint venture H+E Technologies has been awarded an around S$67.54 million contract from Exyte Group to build an industrial wastewater plant in Malaysia, the Singapore-listed company said in a filing to SGX Thursday. Exyte is the project’s main contractor, the filing said.

Under the deal, H+E Technologies will perform works mainly for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wastewater treatment systems, the filing said, adding completion is targeted for June 2023.
