Azeus Systems Holdings has won a HK$1.02 billion (US$132 million) contract from the Hong Kong SAR government for its central electronic record-keeping system, the company said in a filing to SGX Monday.

The company said it was its single largest contract yet.

The contract, awarded by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO), is to design and develop the central electronic record-keeping system over a 53-month period as a common service for the government’s departments and bureaus, the filing said. Under the deal, which will make use of a customized version of Azeus’ Convene Records management product, the company will also provide maintenance and support for 10 years, the filing said.

Work on the contract is expected to begin this month, with the majority of the revenue contribution coming in the next financial year through the year 2037, Azeus said.
