Azeus Systems Executive Director Lam Pui Wan has died

Lam Pui Wan, age 62, who was the executive director of Singapore-listed Azeus Systems Holdings, has died on 6 May, the company said in a filing to SGX Monday.

She was appointed to the board in 2004, and acted as the head of human resources, and assisted in managing Azeus Hong Kong and the offshore development centers, Azeus Philippines and Azeus China, according to the company website.

She was the spouse of Lee Wan Lik, the executive chairman of the company, the filing said.

Lam also held 90 percent of Mu Xia, which is a substantial shareholder of Azeus, with a 51 percent stake, the filing said.

She held a direct interest in 1.4 million shares of Azeus, and a deemed interest in 15.3 million shares, the filing said.
