City Developments‘ New Zealand-listed subsidiary Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand (MCK) appointed Stuart Harrison as managing director from 1 June, after participating in a handover process in the coming weeks, according to a filing to SGX Friday.
Harrison is currently the chief financial officer of Cornerstone Healthcare Property Fund, a wholesale healthcare REIT based in Australia, a position he has held for two years, MCK said. Prior to that, he was the regional finance director for Canada’s NorthWest Healthcare Properties Fund, and for 11 years, was the chief financial officer of New Zealand-listed Vital Healthcare Property Trust, MCK said. From 2001 to 2008, he held positions at the Pan Pacific Hotel, now known as the Grand Millennium Auckland, the filing said.
