Singapore company briefs: Maxi-Cash Financial Services, Brook Crompton Holdings and ESR-LOGOS REIT (E-LOG).
ESR-LOGOS REIT (E-LOG)
ESR-REIT began trading as ESR-LOGOS REIT (E-LOG) on Thursday, after the completion of the combination of ESR-REIT and ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust. The units ended Thursday at S$0.395, up 1.28 percent.
E-LOG’s portfolio now includes logistics/warehouse, high-specification industrial, business park and general industrial properties, with total assets valued at S$5.5 billion in Singapore and Australia, the REIT said in a filing to SGX.
Maxi-Cash Financial Services
Maxi-Cash Financial Services said Thursday it has repurchased S$4.75 million of its 6.35 percent notes due 2022 in the open market and cancelled them. After the cancellation, the outstanding principal of the notes is S$15 million, the pawnshop operator said in a filing to SGX.
Brook Crompton Holdings
Brook Crompton Holdings’ indirect wholly owned subsidiary Brooks Motors has entered a deal to acquire ATB Special Products, maker of low-voltage electrical industrial motors and breaks, from ATB Austria
Antriebstechnik AG (ATB) for GBP3 million, according to a filing to SGX Thursday.
ATB is a controlling shareholder of Brook Crompton, with a 66.10 percent stake, the filing said.
