Fraser and Neave (F&N) has priced S$140 million notes due 2025 at 3.0 percent, the beverage maker said in a filing to SGX Thursday.
The announcement confirms a Shenton Wire article.
The net proceeds will be used for finding working capital and capital expenditure needs, and for refinancing indebtedness, F&N said.
DBS Bank has been appointed the dealer for the notes, the filing said.
The notes will be series 17 to be issued under F&N’s S$2 billion multicurrency debt issuance program, the company said.
