Singapore company briefs: Koh Brothers Eco Engineering, Daiwa House Logistics Trust, Keppel Infrastructure Trust and Singtel.


Singtel said Tuesday its Australian subsidiary, Singapore Telecom Australia Investments (STAI), has filed an appeal to the Full Federal Court of Australia over an unfavorable judgement on taxes of around A$304 million. 

Koh Brothers Eco Engineering

Koh Brothers Eco Engineering, via its wholly owned subsidiary Koh Brothers Building & Civil Engineering
Contractor (KBCE), signed a contract with Meidensha Corp.’s subsidiary Meiden Singapore  to use its ceramic membrane technology to treat industrial used water, the company said in a filing to SGX Tuesday.

KBCE’s deal with Meiden Singapore is part of the S$200.7 million contract awarded to the group by Singapore’s national water agency PUB in October 2021, the filing said.

Keppel Infrastructure Trust

Keppel Infrastructure Trust said Tuesday that unitholders at its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) approved the change to its management fee structure by 80.97 percent of votes in favor, with 19.03 percent against.

Daiwa House Logistics Trust

Daiwa House Logistics Trust said Tuesday it has entered a revolving credit facility of up to S$30 million, with no drawdown of the facility as of yet.
