China Everbright Water

China Everbright Water said Monday it has completed the issuance of the third tranche of medium-term notes (MTNs) of CNY1 billion to institutional investors in China’s national inter-bank bond market. 

The third tranche of MTNs was 3.13 times subscribed, with a maturity period of three years and an interest rate of 3.10 percent, China Everbright Water said in a filing to SGX. The proceeds of the notes will be used for working capital, the filing said.

Rex International 

Rex International‘s 91.65 percent-owned subsidiary Lime Petroleum entered a deal to acquire MOL Norge AS’ 40 percent interest in two North Sea licences with two discoveries, the company said in a filing to SGX Monday.
