Singapore company briefs: PSA International and Yoma Strategic.

PSA International

PSA International has completed the acquisition of BDP International, which is a supply chain, transportation and logistics service provider, from New York-based private equity firm Greenbriar Equity, the port operator said in a filing to SGX Wednesday.

“In a climate where end-to-end supply chain visibility and resilience are critical, the acquisition of BDP adds strength and depth to PSA’s logistics and supply chain offerings beyond the port,” PSA said in a statement filed to SGX. “At the same time, customers of BDP will benefit from additional insights and connectivity to PSA’s global network of deepsea, rail and inland terminals, as well as affiliated businesses in distriparks, warehouses and marine services.”
