Lendlease Global Commercial REIT

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT priced S$200 million of perpetual securities at 5.25 percent per annum amid strong demand, the REIT said in a filing to SGX Monday.

ESR Cayman, PGIM Real Estate and POKKA SAPPORO

ESR Cayman is tying up with PGIM Real Estate‘s Asia core strategy to invest US$100 million for a build-to-suit (BTS) redevelopment project for POKKA, the companies said in a press release Friday.

CapitaLand Development

CapitaLand Development (CLD) has won two residential sites in China, in Wuhan and Chengdu, for a total CNY3.49 billion, or around S$748 million, the development arm of CapitaLand Group said in a press release Monday.

Oiltek International

Oiltek International has been awarded a new contract from a “reputable palm oil processor and exporter located in Indonesia” to design and build a crude palm kernel oil refinery plant and a lauric refinery plant, the company said in a filing to SGX Monday.
