ESR-REIT and ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust (ALOG)
The unitholders of ESR-REIT and ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust (ALOG) approved the proposed merger of the two REITs in separate extraordinary general meetings (EGMs) held Monday.

SPH and SPH REIT
Both Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) and SPH REIT requested trading halts Monday evening, saying it was pending the release of an announcement. Market watchers have been awaiting developments on the rival bids to acquire SPH from Keppel Corp. and consortium Cuscaden Peak.

Keppel DC REIT
Keppel DC REIT said Monday Keppel DC Singapore 1 (KDC), which is the master lessee of the data center at 25 Serangoon North Avenue 5 in Singapore, has commenced a lawsuit in Singapore’s High Court against DXC Technology Services Singapore.

Alset International
Alset International plans to enter the cryptocurrency mining business via newly formed subsidiary Alset Mining, the Singapore-listed developer of U.S. properties said in a filing to SGX Monday.
