Mapletree Commercial Trust (MCT) and Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust (MNACT)

 Mapletree Commercial Trust and Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust (MNACT) have revised their merger bid to include an option for MNACT unitholders to choose to receive S$1.1949 in cash, the two REITs said in a filing to SGX Monday.

Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments and MoneySmart

Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments, which has tycoon Oei Hong Leong as a controlling shareholder, has entered a non-binding heads of agreement to acquire personal finance marketplace MoneySmart from Catapult Ventures for US$161.7 million, or around S$219.3 million, in an all-shares deal, the company said in a filing to SGX Friday.

Sembcorp Industries

Sembcorp Industries, via wholly owned subsidiary Sembcorp Development, has broken ground on the third expansion of the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park in Binh Duong Province of Vietnam, the company said in a filing to SGX Saturday.

Dasin Retail Trust

Dasin Retail Trust has entered a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) to potentially divest two malls to Wuhu Yuanche Bisheng Investment Center, the REIT said in a filing to SGX Sunday.

PSA International

PSA International reported Friday its 2021 net profit rose 18.2 percent on-year to S$1.38 billion on growth in other income and lower financing costs.

Kitchen Culture

Kitchen Culture‘s sponsor said it is “unable to reasonably assess the group’s ability to continue as going concerns,” according to a company response to queries from SGX, which were filed to the exchange Friday.

No Signboard Holdings

Troubled No Signboard Holdings has entered a conditional loan agreement with Bryan Lim Soon Fang as part of his agreement to acquire a 22 percent stake in the company from shareholder GuGong, the iconic Singapore chilli crab chain said in a filing to SGX Friday.
