Singapore company briefs: Keppel REIT, ESR-REIT, Ntegrator International, Renaissance United and V2Y Corp.

Keppel REIT

Keppel REIT said Monday the holdings of S$146.5 million of its S$200 million 1.90 percent convertible bonds due 2024, or 73.25 percent of the total, have exercised their put option to redeem the bonds on 10 April at their principal amount plus interest.

The redeemed bonds will then be cancelled, leaving a total principal amount of S$53.5 million outstanding, the REIT said in a filing to SGX.


ESR-REIT issued a reminder to its unitholders that the deadline for submitting the proxy form to vote on the proposed merger with ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust was 10:00 a.m. SGT on 18 March. 

Ntegrator International

Ntegrator International said Monday it has landed two Singapore contracts from a regional telecom company worth a maximum S$43.5 million.

Renaissance United

Renaissance United said Monday it expected to report a net loss for the fiscal third quarter and fiscal nine-month period ended 31 January due to higher raw material operating expenses for its China gas-distribution business.

V2Y Corp.

V2Y Corp. said Monday it has completed the issue of 47.99 million placement shares at S$0.0417 each along with the issue of 47.99 million non-listed warrants. 

The issuance increased the total number of shares to 353.89 million from 305.90 million previously, prior to the exercise of any warrants, the company said in a filing to SGX. 

The placement shares are expected to be listed on SGX’s Catalist board on 16 March, the filing said.
