Yincheng International is a property developer for residential, commercial and parking lots, and leases out investment properties in China.

Jingrui Holdings said Wednesday its US$171,113,500 12.75 percent senior notes due 2023 (ISIN code XS2445037646) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Thursday.
The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denominations of US$150,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the company said in a filing to SGX.
Jingrui Holdings is mainly engaged in property development and investment in China, and it also provides management and security services for residential and commercial properties on the mainland.
