Chan Kum Lin Carolyn disposed of 550,000 shares of Tai Sin Electric for S$0.39 each in an off-market transaction on 16 February, taking her total interest to 5.02 percent from 5.14 percent previously, according to a filing to SGX Friday.

Chan Kum Lin Carolyn is married to Lim Chai Lai @ Louis Lim Chai Lai, who is the chairman of Tai Sin Electric’s wholly owned subsidiary Lim Kim Hai Electric Co.

Lim Chai Lai @ Louis Lim Chai Lai is deemed interested in Chan Kum Lin Carolyn’s shares.

Lim Boon Hock Bernard, Tai Sin Electric’s CEO and executive director, acquired the 550,000 shares for S$0.39 each in an off-market transaction, taking his total interest to 17.205 percent from 17.085 percent previously, according to a separate filing to SGX Friday.

Pang Yoke Chun, who is married to Lim Boon Hock Bernard, is deemed interested in the shares, according to a separate filing.
