CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT)

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) said Friday it has issued, via a subsidiary, HK$900 million 2.95 percent fixed-rate notes due 2031 to finance green projects.

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) expects demand for logistics and industrial properties will continue to grow, but at a slower pace, according to minutes of the annual general meeting (AGM) filed to SGX Friday.

Golden Energy and Resources (GEAR)

Golden Energy and Resources (GEAR) reported Friday its 2021 net profit surged 629 percent on-year to a record US$251.26 million, the highest since its listing in 2016, as average selling prices for both energy coal and metallurgical coal jumped.

Hiap Hoe and Orchard Towers

Orchard Towers’ unitholders approved the reserve price for a collective sale of the storied mixed-use property at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held Friday, Hiap Hoe Ltd. said in a filing to SGX.

Koh Brothers Eco Engineering and Oiltek

Koh Brothers Eco Engineering said Friday it has registered the final offer document for the proposed spinoff and listing of its bio-refinery and renewable energy business, Oiltek International

Centurion Corp. 

Centurion Corp. guided Friday that it expected 2021 net profit would show a “substantial increase” of at least 200 percent, compared with 2020’s net profit of around S$17.2 million.
