Singapore substantial shareholder changes: Stamford Land Corp. and Pegasus Asia.

Neil Parekh, CEO and non-independent director at Pegasus Asia, acquired 6,000 units of the special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) in the market for S$29,190 on 14 February, taking his interest to 16,000 units, or a 0.05 percent stake, up from 0.02 percent previously, according to a filing to SGX Wednesday.

A separate filing said he acquired 4,000 units of Pegasus Asia for S$19,480 in the market on 15 February, taking his interest to 20,000 units, or a 0.07 percent stake.

Parekh is also partner and head of Asia, Australia and New Zealand at Tikehau Capital, the sponsor of Pegasus Asia.

Stamford Land Corp.

Kiersten Ow Yiling acquired 2.05 million shares of Stamford Land Corp. at S$0.38988 each in a market transaction on 14 February, taking her interest to 6.25 percent from 5.99 percent previously, according to a filing to SGX Wednesday.

Kiersten Ow Yiling is the daughter of Executive Chairman Ow Chio Kiat and the sister of Executive Director and CEO Ow Yew Heng; she is an employee of the Group and she was paid S$100,000 to S$150,000 in remuneration during FY2021, according to Stamford Land’s 2020-21 annual report.
