Singapore substantial shareholder changes: Novo Tellus Alpha Acquisition (NTAA), TEHO International, Fraser and Neave and 3Cnergy.

Novo Tellus Alpha Acquisition

Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Holdings declared Friday that its deemed interest in Novo Tellus Alpha Acquisition (NTAA) was 9.3 percent as it has a controlling interest in Nikko Asset Management, which indirectly holds more than 20 percent of Affin Hwang Asset Management. 

Affin Hwang Asset Management is the manager of Affin Hwang Multi-Asset Fund, which is the holder of the NTAA units, which were acquired in a placement, according to a filing to SGX.

Fraser and Neave

Hui Choon Kit, who was tapped as CEO of Fraser and Neave effective 1 February, holds interest in a total 707,299 shares of the company, or an around 0.049 percent stake, according to a filing to SGX Friday. 

3Cnergy

Au Foong Yee, who was appointed non-independent non-executive director of 3Cnergy on Friday, disclosed she holds 2 million shares of the company, or a 0.07 percent stake, according to a filing to SGX Friday. 

She was the founding managing director and editor-in-chief of The Edge Property, roles she retired from in December 2021, according to a separate filing to SGX. The shares are held jointly with her spouse, Lu Ping Liang, the filing said. 

TEHO International

The estate of Lim See Heng transferred on 27 January his 11.95 million shares of TEHO International, or a 5.08 percent stake, to his heirs, according to a filing to SGX Friday. 

Lin Yusheng, Lim See Heng’s daughter, received around 5.98 million shares, increasing her stake to 7.51 percent from 4.97 percent previously, according to a separate filing to SGX.

Ong Chuey Geok, the spouse of Lim See Heng, also received around 5.98 million shares, but as she ceased to have a deemed interest in the full 5.08 percent stake, her total interest fell to 7.51 percent from 10.05 percent previously, according to a separate SGX filing.
