Singapore companies announcing executive changes: Azeus Systems Holdings, China Haida and Eneco Energy Ltd.

Azeus Systems Holdings

Mary Rose T. Tan, age 62, will retire as president of Azeus Systems Holdings‘ wholly owned subsidiary Azeus Systems Philippines, effective 31 January, the company said in a filing to SGX Thursday.

She was appointed to the role in 1999, the filing said, noting she holds 4,300 shares in the company.

Her role and responsibilities will be taken over by Jerry Chua, a director of Azeus Philippines, the company said.

China Haida

China Haida said Friday it appointed Chen Wei, age 52, as executive director, effective Friday, to oversee the day-to-day operations of the group’s subsidiaries in China.

From December 2010 to the present, Chen Wei had been the head of administration at Jiangyin Litai Decoration Materials, a subsidiary of China Haida, the company said in a filing to SGX.

Eneco Energy Ltd. 

Eneco Energy Ltd. said Friday it appointed Chew Chee Yuen, age 52, as chief financial officer, effective 24 January. 

Chew was the finance director of Gain City Best Electric from 2020 to 2021, acted as a business consultant from 2018 to 2020, and from 2000 to 2017, was the chief financial officer of King Wan Corp., the company said in a filing to SGX.
