SG debt listings Thursday: CIMB Bank, Woori Bank, Chongqing Intl Logistics Hub

These are entities which announced debt listing confirmations in Singapore on Thursday, 20 January 2022: CIMB Bank, Woori Bank and Chongqing International Logistics Hub Park Construction. 

CIMB Bank US$500M notes

CIMB Bank said Thursday its US$500 million 2.125 percent notes due 2027 (ISIN codes: US12570RAA32 and US12570TAA97) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Friday. 

The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denomination of US$200,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the Malaysia-based bank said in a filing to SGX. 

Woori Bank US$500M notes

Woori Bank said Thursday its US$500 million 2 percent senior unsecured sustainability notes due 2027 (ISIN codes: US98105EAL11 and US98105GAL68) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Friday. 

The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denomination of US$200,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the South Korea-based bank said in a filing to SGX. 

Woori Bank, one of South Korea’s four largest banks, focuses on commercial banking services; it is a main subsidiary of Woori Financial Group.

Chongqing International Logistics Hub Park Construction US$37.5M notes

Chongqing International Logistics Hub Park Construction said Thursday its US$37.5 million 5.3 percent notes due 2025 (ISIN code: XS2432866544) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Friday. 

The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denomination of US$200,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the entity said in a filing to SGX. 

In a September 2020 note, Fitch Ratings said that due to the company’s policy role in developing the Chongqing International Logistics Hub Park, the government likely has a strong incentive to provide extraordinary support, if needed. Chongqing Logistics is wholly owned by Shapingba district’s State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Fitch said.
