Singapore substantial shareholder changes: A-Sonic Aerospace, Meta Health (formerly known as Metal Component Engineering), and SHS Holdings. 

A-Sonic Aerospace Ltd. 

Janet LC Tan, the co-founder, chairman and CEO of A-Sonic Aerospace Ltd., acquired 17,000 shares of the company at S$0.59491 each in the market on 13 January for a total S$10,113, taking her interest to 57.37 percent from 57.34 percent previously, according to a filing to SGX Monday. 

On 14 January, Tan acquired 30,000 shares of A-Sonic Aerospace at S$0.6025 each in the market for a total S$18,075, taking her interest to 57.42 percent, the filing said. 

On 17 January, she acquired 10,000 shares in the market at S$0.60615 each in the market for a total S$6,062, taking her interest to 57.44 percent, the filing said.

Meta Health, formerly known as Metal Component Engineering

Kelvin Lee Ming Hui, an independent non-executive director of Meta Health, formerly known as Metal Component Engineering Ltd., has accepted 1 million share options with an exercise price of S$0.054 each as a share option award, according to a filing to SGX Monday. 

Lee did not hold any options at the time the award was made, the filing indicated. 

Leow Siew Yon Cynthia, who is also an independent director of the company, also accepted 1 million share options on 29 December, with an exercise price of S$0.054 a share, a separate filing said. She did not hold an options at the time the award was made, the filing indicated.

SHS Holdings

Teng Choon Kiat, the executive chairman of SHS Holdings, disposed of 2.5 million shares in the market at S$0.155 each for a total of S$387,500 on 14 January, taking his holding to 27.41 percent from 27.58 percent previously, according to a filing to SGX Monday.

On 17 January, Teng sold an additional 2.5 million shares at S$0.155 each for a total of S$387,500, taking his holding to 27.03 percent, the filing said.
