Singapore substantial shareholder changes: UOL Group and Wee Investments.

Wee Investments acquired 278,000 shares of UOL Group for S$7.00 each in the market on 10 January and 168,000 shares of UOL Group for S$6.99526 a share in the market on 11 January, according to filings to SGX Wednesday.

Wee Investments is the investment vehicle of the Wee family, which founded UOB.

Wee Cho Yaw is deemed interested in the shares held by Wee Investments, with the transactions taking his total interest in UOL Group to 38.007 percent from 37.954 percent previously, a filing said.

Wee Ee Lim is deemed interested in the shares held by Wee Investments, with the transactions taking his total interest in UOL Group to 15.4 percent from 15.347 percent previously, a filing said.

Wee Ee Chao is deemed interested in the shares held by Wee Investments, with the transactions taking his total interest in UOL Group to 15.405 precent from 15.353 percent previously, a filing said.
