Singapore companies announcing executive changes: Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings), Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust and Frasers Centrepoint Trust.

Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings)

Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) said Wednesday Song Shuming, age 43, would resign as executive director, effective 30 December, as part of the re-composition of the board, but would remain as the deputy general manager.

Song had been appointed as executive director in April 2020, the Chinese shipbuilder said in a filing to SGX.

He is responsible for the overall operations of Jiangsu Yangzi-Mitsui Shipbuilding and leads the second sales and marketing division, the filing said.

Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust

Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust (MNACT) said Wednesday the legal representative of two subsidiaries — Shanghai Zhan Xiang Real Estate and Gateway Plaza Property Operations (Beijing) — has been changed to Ng Chem Shiong from Boo Boon Chong.

Frasers Centrepoint Trust

Frasers Centrepoint Trust‘s manager said Wednesday Christopher Tang Kok Kai, age 61, will cease to be a non-executive non-independent director, effective 1 January 2022.

Tang has served in the role since 2006 and is retiring from the board, Frasers Centrepoint Trust said in a filing to SGX.

Tang holds 59,000 units of Frasers Centrepoint Trust directly and is deemed interested in 792,220 units, the filing said.
