Singapore substantial shareholder changes: UOL Group and Wee Investments.

Wee Investments acquired 153,000 shares of UOL Group for S$6.99796 each in the market on 24 December and 27,000 shares of UOL Group for S$6.99985 a share in the market on 27 December, according to filings to SGX Tuesday.

Wee Investments is the investment vehicle of the Wee family, which founded UOB.

Wee Cho Yaw is deemed interested in the shares held by Wee Investments, with the transactions taking his total interest in UOL Group to 37.954 percent from 37.933 percent previously, a filing said.

Wee Ee Lim is deemed interested in the shares held by Wee Investments, with the transactions taking his total interest in UOL Group to 15.347 percent from 15.326 percent previously, a filing said.

Wee Ee Chao is deemed interested in the shares held by Wee Investments, with the transactions taking his total interest in UOL Group to 15.353 precent from 15.331 percent previously, a filing said.

Wee Ee Cheong is deemed to be interested in the units acquired by Wee Investments, with the transaction on 27 December taking his total interest in UOL Group to 29.002 percent from 28.999 percent previously, a filing said.
