Singapore substantial shareholder changes: UOL Group and Wee Investments.

Wee Investments acquired 209,000 shares of UOL Group for S$6.99841 a share on 22 December, and 460,000 shares at S$6.99657 each on 23 December, according to a filing to SGX Friday.

Wee Investments is the investment vehicle of the Wee family, which founded UOB.

Wee Cho Yaw is deemed interested in the shares held by Wee Investments, with the transactions taking his total interest in UOL Group to 37.933 percent from 37.854 percent previously, a filing said.

Wee Ee Lim is deemed interested in the shares held by Wee Investments, with the transactions taking his total interest in UOL Group to 15.326 percent from 15.246 percent previously, a filing said.

Wee Ee Chao is deemed interested in the shares held by Wee Investments, with the transactions taking his total interest in UOL Group to 15.331 percent from 15.252 percent previously, a filing said.
