Singapore executive changes: CapitaLand Investment.

CapitaLand Investment said Friday it has named two new independent non-executive directors: David Su Tuong Sing and Helen Wong Siu Ming, effective 1 January 2022.

Helen Wong Siu Ming, age 65, has been the founder and CEO of LAPIS Global from 2010-2016 and 2018 to the present, and the chief operating officer of Bravia Capital Hong Kong from 2016-2017, CapitaLand Investment said in a filing to SGX.

She is currently the executive director and CEO of LAPIS Global and non-executive director at Aseana Properties, the filing said.

“The board is satisfied that Ms. Wong will be able to bring invaluable insights to the company and contribute to the board’s deliberations,” CapitaLand Investment said.

David Su Tuong Sing, age 50, has been the founding managing partner of Matrix Partners China since July 2008, CapitaLand Investment said.

Su is currently a non-executive director at Business China, EDBI and Conversant, the filing said.

“The board is satisfied that Mr. Su will be able to bring invaluable insights to the company and contribute to the board’s deliberations,” CapitaLand Investment said.
