Singapore substantial shareholder changes: AEM Holdings and Hafary Holdings.

AEM Holdings

James Toh Ban Leng, a non-executive non-independent director of AEM Holdings, sold 356,320 shares of the company in the market for S$1.85 million, taking his interest down to 4.056 percent from 4.171 percent previously, according to a filing to SGX Tuesday.

Toh is a founding director of Novo Tellus Capital Partners and the managing director of ACT Holdings; ACT Group is a property and private equity investor in Asia and the U.S.

Hafary Holdings

Low Kok Ann, Hafary Holdings‘ CEO and executive director, acquired 80,000 shares of the company in the market for S$13,600, taking his stake to 8.56 percent from 8.54 percent previously, according to a filing to SGX Tuesday.
