Singapore substantial shareholder changes: QT Vascular, Prime US REIT and Revez Corp.

QT Vascular

MDIE has become a substantial shareholder of QT Vascular after the allotment and issuance of around 130.48 million shares for S$822,000 under a debt repayment plan, taking its direct holding to 6.93 percent from 2.07 percent previously, according to a filing to SGX Saturday.

Tanhum Feld, the sole owner of MDIE, is deemed interested in the shares, the filing said. Tanhum Feld was the controlling shareholder until late 2020, when he offloaded shares.

The share issuance for the debt repayment, combined with the vesting of 30 million shares in share awards under the company’s restricted share plan has lowered Mission Well’s ownership percentage to 11.25 percent from 12.7 percent previously, a filing to SGX said. Christian Kwok-Leun Yau Heilesen is the sole owner of Mission Well and is deemed interested in the shares.

Prime US REIT

KBS US Prime Property Management, the manager of Prime US REIT, disposed of 1.5 million units of the REIT for US$0.815 each in an off-market transaction, taking its holding to 0.25 percent from 0.38 percent previously, according to a filing to SGX Friday.

Revez Corp.

Lee Han Chong’s total interest in Revez Corp. fell to 3.76 percent from 57.56 percent, after he transferred ownership of his 30.99 percent stake in L3N — which holds a 53.8 percent of the company — to his spouse, according to a filing to SGX.

Lee is no longer deemed interested in L3N’s shares, while his spouse, Liang Xingfen is now deemed a substantial shareholder of Revez as she is deemed interested in L3N’s holdings, the filing said.
