Olympus Corp. said Wednesday its US$500 million 2.143 percent notes due 2026 (ISIN codes: US68163WAA71 and USJ61240AN76) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Thursday.

The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denomination of US$200,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the company said in a filing to SGX.

The lead managers and bookrunners of the notes are Morgan Stanley & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities and BofA Securities, the filing said.

Olympus is a Japan-based manufacturer of optoelectronic products, as well as precision machinery. Its medical division makes products including endoscopic treatment tools, while the scientific division’s products include industrial microscopes, endoscopes and testing equipment.
