These are entities which announced debt listing confirmations in Singapore on Monday, 6 December 2021: Jiantou International (Hong Kong) and Chip Eng Seng via CES Treasury.

Chip Eng Seng and CES Treasury

CES Treasury, as a subsidiary of Chip Eng Seng, said Monday its S$120 million 6.5 percent notes due 2024 (ISIN code: SGXF86596040) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Tuesday.

The notes, which will trade in Singapore dollars, will be in denomination of S$250,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the company said in a filing to SGX.

The lead manager and bookrunner of the notes is DBS Bank, the filing said.

Jiantou International (Hong Kong)

Jiantou International (Hong Kong) said Monday its US$90 million 4.85 percent bonds due 2024 (ISIN code: XS2416062441) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Tuesday.

The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denomination of US$200,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the company said in a filing to SGX.

The lead managers and bookrunner of the notes is China Securities (International) Corporate Finance, the filing said.

Jiantou International (Hong Kong) is a subsidiary of Jiande State-Owned Assets Management, which acts as an asset management company.
