Singapore substantial shareholder changes announced on Monday 29 November 2021: StarHub, Yoma Strategic, Straits Trading, Aoxin Q & M Dental Group, Q & M Dental Group (Singapore), Hoe Leong Corp., Ntegrator International and AnnAik.
Nikhil Oommen Jacob Eapen, StarHub‘s CEO and executive director, acquired 730,000 shares of the company on 25 November for S$1.377904 each in a market transaction, giving him a 0.04 percent stake, according to a filing to SGX Monday.
He did not hold any shares prior to the acquisition, the filing indicated.
Chan Pengee Adrian, lead independent director of Yoma Strategic, received 250,000 shares of the company as a share award which will vest in three years in tranches, according to a filing to SGX. Chan did not hold any shares prior to the award, the filing indicated.
Wong Su Yen, an independent director, also received 250,000 shares of Yoma as a share award which will vest in three years in tranches. she didn’t hold any award shares previously, according to a filing to SGX.
Non-executive independent directors Dato Timothy Ong Teck Mong, Thia Peng Heok George and Professor Annie Koh each received 250,000 award shares, according to filings Monday.
Chua Tian Chu, a non-executive independent director at The Straits Trading Co., acquired 16,000 shares of the company at S$3.48 each via an off-market transaction on 26 November, according to a filing to SGX Monday.
Chua didn’t hold shares of the company prior to the deal, the filing indicated. He is also deemed interested in 4,000 shares held by his spouse, the filing said.
Q & M Dental Group (Singapore)
Ng Chin Siau’s interest in Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) increased to 53.31 percent from 53.11 percent after he acquired 1.9 million shares of the company for S$1.17 million in the market on 26 November, according to a filing to SGX.
Quan Min Holdings acquired 2.3 million shares of the company on 26 November for S$1.41 million, increasing Ng Chin Siau’s total interest to 53.55 percent, the filing said.
Ng is also deemed interested in 121,200 shares held by his spouse, Foo Siew Jiuan, the filing said.
Quan Min is Q & M Dental’s parent company; Ng is Q & M’s founder and CEO.
Aoxin Q & M Dental Group
Lin Ming Khin, an independent director of Aoxin Q & M Dental Group, sold 50,000 shares of the company for S$12,000 in a market transaction, taking his stake down to zero, according to a filing to SGX Monday.
Ntegrator International said Monday it has issued 102.05 million warrants to Zheng Ze Li and 70.35 million warrants to Industrial Electronics. The warrants will not be listed on SGX, Ntegrator said in a filing to the exchange.
The warrants provide the right to subscribe for one share of the company at S$0.0082 each, the filing said.
Ntegrator’s core businesses include the design, installation and implementation of data, video, fiber optics, wireless and cellular network infrastructure and voice-communication systems.
Hoe Leong Corp.
Hoe Leong Co. disposed of 36.62 million shares of Hoe Leong Corp. in a market transaction for S$73,250 on 25 November, taking its interest down to 22.06 percent from 22.64 percent previously, according to a filing to SGX Monday.
Mr. Kuah Geok Khim, Quah Yoke Hwee and Kuah Geok Lin are deemed interested in the shares, the filing said.
Mdm. Kuah Geok Khim, who is senior manager of Hoe Leong Crawler Parts (HLCP), is also deemed interested in Hoe Loeng Co.’s shares; She is the sister of substantial shareholders Kuah Geok Lin and Quah Yoke Hwee and Mr. Kuah Geok Khim is a relative.
Ng Kim Keang, executive director and chief operating officer of AnnAik, acquired 609,400 shares of the company in the market on 26 November for S$46,065, taking his interest to 2.65 percent from 2.44 percent previously, according to a filing to SGX Monday.
