Stake changes: SembMarine distributes share awards to directors

Singapore substantial shareholder changes announced on Monday 29 November 2021: Sembcorp Marine.

Sembcorp Marine said Monday it has distributed a total of around 2.27 million shares as awards to some of its non-executive directors under its 2020 program, forming part of the payment of director’s fees for 2020. The shares had a market price of S$0.083 on the date of the grant.

Tan Sri Mohd Hassan Marican, chairman since 2014 and non-executive non-independent director, received 809,500 shares, taking his interest to 0.031 percent, up from 0.028 percent previously, according to a filing to SGX.

Bob Tan Beng Hai, non-executive independent director, received 307,500 shares, taking his stake to 0.013 percent from 0.012 percent previously, a filing said.

Ang Taeik Lim Eric, a non-executive and lead independent director, received 217,500 shares taking his stake to a total 340,500 shares, or a 0.001 percent stake, a filing said.

Gina Lee-Wan, a non-executive independent director, received 211,800 shares, taking her stake to 0.009 percent from 0.008 percent previously, a filing said.

Patrick Daniel, a non-executive independent director, received 226,300 shares, taking his stake to 0.005 percent from 0.004 percent previously, a filing said.

Tan Wah Yeow, a non-executive independent director, received 237,700 shares, taking his stake to 0.004 percent from 0.003 percent previously, a filing said.

Tan Seng Koon William, a non-executive independent director, received 255,200 shares, taking his stake to 0.005 percent from 0.004 percent previously, a filing said.
