SGSP (Australia) Assets said Monday its A$100 million 2.525 percent fixed-rate notes due 2028 (ISIN code: AU3CB0284651) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Monday.
The notes, which will trade in Australian dollars, will be in denomination of A$100,000, with a minimum board lot size of A$300,000, the company said in a filing to SGX.
The lead manager and bookrunner of the notes is ANZ Banking Group, the filing said.
SGSP (Australia) Assets is a subsidiary of the State Grid International Development Australia Investment Co. and Singapore Power International. It has two businesses: the asset business Jemena and the service business Zinfra.
