Singapore debt listings Friday: Renesas Electronics, Ex-Im Bank of Malaysia, Interconexion Electrica, Cagamas

These are entities which announced debt listing confirmations in Singapore on Friday, 26 November 2021: Renesas Electronics, Export-Import Bank of Malaysia, Interconexion Electrica and Cagamas Global.

Renesas Electronics

Renesas Electronics said Friday its US$500 million 1.543 percent senior green notes due 2024 (ISIN code: US75972BAA98 and USJ4881VAA55) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Monday.

The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denomination of US$200,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the company said in a filing to SGX.

The lead managers and bookrunners of the notes are BofA Securities, Mizuho Securities USA and Morgan Stanley & Co., the filing said.

Tokyo-listed Renesas Electronics is a Japan-based semiconductor manufacturer.

Renesas Electronics said Friday its US$850 million 2.17 percent senior notes due 2026 (ISIN code US75972BAB71 and USJ4881VAB39) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Monday.

The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denomination of US$200,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the company said in a filing to SGX.

The lead managers and bookrunners of the notes are BofA Securities, Mizuho Securities USA and Morgan Stanley & Co., the filing said.

Tokyo-listed Renesas Electronics is a Japan-based semiconductor manufacturer.

Export-Import Bank of Malaysia

The Export-Import Bank of Malaysia said Friday its US$350 million 1.831 percent notes due 2026 (ISIN code: XS2413680336) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Monday.

The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denomination of US$200,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the development bank said in a filing to SGX.

The lead managers and bookrunners of the notes are CIMB International Bank, Citigroup Global Markets, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore), the filing said.

The Export-Import Bank of Malaysia, a government-owned development financial institution, is intended to provide financing and takaful services for cross-border ventures. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia’s Ministry of Finance.

Interconexion Electrica

Interconexion Electrica said Friday its US$330 million 3.825 percent senior notes due 2033 (ISIN codes: US4583NAA00 and USP5626NAA39) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Monday.

The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denomination of US$200,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the company said in a filing to SGX.

The lead managers and bookrunners of the notes are BofA Securities and HSBC Securities (USA), the filing said.

Colombia-based Interconexion Electrica is engaged in electricity transmission and construction of infrastructure projects, including high-voltage and fiber-optic transmission networks.

Cagamas Global

Cagamas Global said Friday its US$100 million 1.3 percent fixed-rate notes due 2023 (ISIN code: XS2414822192) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Monday.

The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denomination of US$200,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the company said in a filing to SGX.

The lead manager and bookrunner of the notes is BNP Paribas, the filing said.

Malaysia-based Cagamas Global is a special purpose entity formed as a fund-raising vehicle owned by Cagamas Bhd. and Cagamas Holdings Bhd.

Cagamas Bhd. is the National Mortgage Corp. of Malaysia. established to promote broader home ownership; it issues corporate bonds and sukuk to finance the purchase of housing loans and receivables from financial institutions, selected corporations and the public sector.
