Executive moves: Sasseur REIT manager taps new CFO; Biolidics, Second Chance Properties

Singapore companies announcing executive changes: Sasseur REIT, Biolidics and Second Chance Properties.

Sasseur REIT

Sasseur Asset Management (SAMPL), the manager of Sasseur REIT, has tapped Xie Jianfeng, age 42, as chief financial officer, effective 1 December, according to a filing to SGX Wednesday.

Xie was general manager of Sasseur Group Finance Deparment from May 2018 to November 2021, and was financial controller at Guangzhou Huanglong Information Technology from June 2017 to April 2018, the filing said.

“Jianfeng brings with him decades of hands-on financial management experience, including his strong audit and financial control background,” Cecilia Tan, CEO of the REIT’s manager said in the statement. “In his most recent senior finance role in Sasseur Group, he also interacted with our board and the team at SAMPL and is well familiar with Sasseur REIT. He has gained considerable insights and working knowledge of the unique business model and operations of Sasseur outlets during his time with Sasseur Group, and has established a good network of relationships across various core departments in Sasseur Group.”

Biolidics

Kong Chee Keong, age 54, has resigned as independent director of Biolidics, effective 7 December, to focus on his role as the executive director and CEO of Darco Water Technologies, according to a filing to SGX Tuesday. Kong had been appointed to his role at Biolidics on 1 April, the filing said.

Biolidics appointed Gavin Mark McIntyre, age 56, as independent director, effective 23 November, the company said. From April 2018 to the present, McIntyre has been the director of Aegis Interaktif Asia, the filing said.

Second Chance Properties

Second Chance Properties said Wednesday it tapped Deepak Lakhi Ramchandani, age 51, as non-executive director, effective 22 December.

For December 2001 to the present, Ramchandani has been a senior vice president at Maybank Kim Eng Securities, the company said in a filing to SGX.
