Ascott Residence Trust
Ascott Residence Trust‘s manager said Friday it has appointed Teo Joo Ling Serena as deputy CEO, effective 15 November.
Teo was the head of portfolio management at Ascendas Funds Management, which is the manager of Ascendas REIT, from September 2018 to November 2021, and she was the head of operations and services at Ascendas Services from November 2015 to August 2018, the trust said in a filing to SGX.
APAC Realty said Thursday it appointed Ong Hwee Peng, age 53, as deputy CEO.
She has been the chief operating officer of APAC Realty for the past 10 years and heads the project marketing team of ERA, the company said in a filing to SGX.
OUE Lippo Healthcare
OUE Lippo Healthcare said Friday it had appointed Usha Ranee Chandradas age 41, as independent and non-executive director, effective 15 November.
She has been co-founder and partner at (Plu)ral Art since June 2017, and a member of a panel of experts for the legal department at the International Monetary Fund since May 2019, according to OUE Lippo Healthcare’s filing to SGX.
