Singapore debt listings Tuesday: DBS Bank, Mega Wisdom

These are entities which announced debt listing confirmations in Singapore on Tuesday, 26 October 2021: DBS Bank and Mega Wisdom Global.

DBS Bank

DBS Bank said Tuesday its 750 million euro 0.010 percent covered bonds due 2026 (ISIN code: XS2401439174) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Wednesday.

The bonds, which will trade in euro, will be in denomination of 100,000 euro, with a minimum board lot size of 150,000 euro, Southeast Asia’s largest bank said in a filing to SGX.

The lead managers and bookrunners of the notes are DBS Bank, BNP Paribas, Societe Generale, DZ Bank AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main, Natixis, Norddeutsche Landesbank-Girozentrale, Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg and Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen Girozentrale, the filing said.

DBS Bank

DBS Bank said Tuesday its US$210 million 1.492 percent notes due 2026 (ISIN code: XS2401364737) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Wednesday.

The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denomination of US$200,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the bank said in a filing to SGX.

The lead manager and bookrunner of the notes is DBS Bank, the filing said.

Mega Wisdom Global

Mega Wisdom Global said Tuesday its US$350 million 6.0 percent guaranteed notes due 2022 (ISIN code: XS2385820597) would be listed on SGX’s bond market on Wednesday.

The notes, which will trade in U.S. dollars, will be in denomination of US$200,000, which is also the minimum board lot size, the company said in a filing to SGX.

The lead managers and bookrunners of the notes are Haitong International Securities, HSBC, Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong), Standard Chartered Bank, ABCI Capital, China Zheshang Bank’s Hong Kong branch, AMC Wanhai Securities, Vision Capital International Holdings, BOCOM International Securities, Deutsche Bank AG’s Hong Kong branch, Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) and SPDB International Capital, the filing said.

Mega Wisdom Global provides real estate services in the British Virgin Islands.

The guarantors for the bonds are Fortune Joy Ventures and Sino-Ocean Capital Holding, according to a factsheet posted to iFAST.
