Singapore executive moves Tuesday: Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT, KTL Global

These are Singapore companies which announced personnel changes on Tuesday, 19 October 2021: Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT and KTL Global.

Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT

Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT’s manager said Tuesday it appointed Bridget Lee, age 50,  as non-executive and non-independent director on the board of the REIT’s manager, effective 20 October.

Currently, Lee is the chief operating officer of Keppel Capital and CEO of Keppel Capital Alternative Asset, where she leads Keppel Capital’s efforts to invest in new platforms, the KORE said in a filing to SGX.

Tham Wei Hsing, Paul, age 39, has ceased to be non-executive and non-independent director of the REIT’s manager, effective 20 October, to pursue other opportunities. Tham was appointed to his role in 2017, the REIT’s manager said.

KTL Global

KTL Global said Tuesday it appointed Zhou Ying, age 50, as chief financial officer, effective 20 October.

Zhou was deputy CEO and financial controller of Shen Yao Holdings from November 2019 to August 2021, and she has also served as a director of Shen Yao Investments, Shen Yao (Singapore) and Deep Value, the company said in a filing to SGX.

KTL Global operates in sales and distribution of fresh vegetable and fruit produce in Southeast Asia. The company also provides brand management services in China.
